Get an overview of changes with the activity log. See tasks, events, files, and invite or chat with team members.

  1. Receive an overview of project goals and configure membership permissions.
  2. Invite new or existing MyQuire users to the project via email.
  3. Track recent activity - file uploads, events, or tasks - and opt for email notifications with the activity log.
  4. Review daily events or pending tasks.
  5. Chat with all team members online using project chat.
  6. Leaves notes to the team on the comment board.
  7. Mass email groups evolved - send group messages to project members directly from within MyQuire or your personal email address.

Project Calendar

Keep track of project events and milestones so you know what’s due when and who is getting it done.

  1. Create events (including repeating events) by clicking on the calendar or with the event creation button.
  2. Move events by dragging them and edit by clicking on the pencil icon.
  3. Send event requests to those in and outside of MyQuire, track who is attending and send reminders.
  4. Synchronize the MyQuire calendar with third party calendars which support the iCal format (Microsoft Outlook).
