Have a place to show information about your group, view and expand membership, leave a comment, manage your group’s projects, photos, and files and stay updated on tasks and events.

  1. Click the edit button to add information about your group, set permissions for members, and manage your group’s public profile.
  2. Allow everyone to see group tasks as well as tasks from group projects, add tasks, and check off completed tasks.
  3. Check what the group has on going today, both events on your group’s shared calendar and events project and group members have added to calendars in the group projects.
  4. Group messaging.
  5. View and add members and projects as well as allow member requests to join projects by dragging and dropping their headshots into projects.

See who is in the group.

  1. View info group members by hovering over their headshots, then go to their profiles by clicking on a users icon.
  2. If you are an owner or officer, add members to groups.

See all of the group’s projects in one place.

  1. View the projects the group is currently working on and go straight to the one you want to work on by clicking on the image representing the group.
  2. Create a new project by clicking on the new project button and following the instructions.
  3. See the projects you have archived and unarchive them when necessary.

Share group photos. Group members can upload personal photos to share with the entire group.

  1. Upload and view group photos in one place so everyone can see them.
  2. Click on a photo to crop the photo and / or to set it as the groups icon.

Group file sharing allows members to share, store, and distribute individual files amongst the group. Copy, move, delete, or edit files all within your browser.

  1. Upload files so everyone has access.
  2. Move files between folders with simple cut and paste.
  3. Create text files by clicking on Write using MyQuire’s HTML text editor.

Group Calendar

Always see up to date events for the group and its projects in one place, no matter who schedules the event.

  1. Create events - including repeat events - by clicking on the calendar or with the event creation button.
  2. Move events by dragging them or clicking on the pencil icon to edit them.
  3. Send event requests to those in and outside of MyQuire, track who is attending, and set reminders so no one is late.
  4. See and edit events from the groups various project calendars.
  5. Synchronize group calendars with any other calendars which support the iCal format, including Microsoft Outlook.

Track tasks, see who is responsible, and always know where each task stands.

  1. Add tasks with or without a date.
  2. See everyone’s tasks and check yours off so the team can track progress.
  3. Keep track of the tasks you have completed.
  4. Edit existing tasks.
  5. Get reminders of tasks that are due.
